あさりとズッキーニとトマトのガーリック蒸し
ズッキーニはかぼちゃの仲間。
ただ、かぼちゃと違って水分が多い分、淡白な印象です。
こちらは、グルタミン酸の多いトマトとコハク酸たっぷりのあさりの出汁をたっぷりズッキーニに吸ってもらう料理です。
あさりとズッキーニとトマトのガーリック蒸し
材料
- 1 本 ズッキーニ
- 200 g あさり
- 6 個 プチトマト
- 1 片 にんにく
- 100 cc 白ワイン
作り方
- プチトマトは半分に切っておきます。
- ズッキーニは切ったトマトの大きさに合わせて切っておきます。
- フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れにんにくを炒めます。
- にんにくの良い香りがしてきたらトマトとズッキーニを炒めます。
- あさりと白ワインを入れ、蓋をして蒸します。
- あさりの口が開いたら塩と胡椒で味付けます。
Notes
蒸しあがった出汁が水っぽい場合は、一度具材を取り除いてから出汁を煮詰めます。
濃厚な出汁のほうがズッキーニが美味しくなります。
味の調整は煮詰めた後に。
