オクラのごまドレッシングかけ
どんな野菜サラダにも合うごまドレッシング。
練りごまがあれば簡単に作れます。
あとは、採れたての青菜があれば・・・。
ちなみに、オクラは採れたてはそのまま生でいただけます(o^^o)
オクラのごまドレッシングかけ
材料
- オクラ
ごまドレッシング
- 1 練りごま
- 1 醤油
- 1 酢
- 1 はちみつ
- 1 オリーブオイル
作り方
オクラ茹でます
- オクラは板ずりをして「うぶげ」をとります。
- ヘタが硬い場合、硬い部分のみ包丁ではぎます。
- オクラを茹でて、茹で上がったら冷水に浸し、粗熱が取れたら水を切ります。
- 食べやすいように２つに切り分けます。
ごまドレッシングを作ります
- ごまドレッシングの材料をしっかりと混ぜます。硬い場合は水などで調整します。
いただきます
- うつわにオクラをこんもりと盛り付けます。
- ごまドレッシングを混ぜながらかけます。
- パプリカパウダーをパラパラっと掛けます。
Notes
何かスパイスを後掛けすれば、一味違ったごまドレッシングに。
